FPSC connects education, safe sport, youth and women’s empowerment, WASH, protection, livelihoods and environmental action through institutions that already serve children and families in rural Mwanga.
FPSC is not starting from an empty field. It has operating schools, learners, staff, community relationships, governance, safeguarding systems and practical investment needs.
Established as a community-based organisation on 10 April 2015 and registered as a national NGO in February 2025, FPSC now brings education, youth development and community action together under one accountable local platform.
A local English-medium school helping children build strong foundations in learning, confidence, care and responsible participation in school life.
A secondary school in Mwanga where academics, student care, discipline, nutrition, sport and a safer learning environment are developed together.
Amani Hills Sports Academy is FPSC’s football and sports-for-development platform, connecting safe participation with school retention, confidence, teamwork, life skills and positive adult guidance.

FPSC began as a community-based organisation, growing from volunteer learning support for children in rural Mwanga.
