CRDB -FPSC YOUTH CUP TOURMANENT

FPSC’s community experience points to a familiar youth-sport problem: football interest exists, but opportunity is uneven. A young player may take part in informal or one-off competition without reliable registration records, repeated technical observation, consistent officiating, safeguarding procedures or a pathway for follow-up. A tournament can therefore produce a champion while still losing the development value around the players.
